Delivery of our items to you:
Delivery times given are approximate, and all items are sent via Hermes.
Items advertised are carried in stock for immediate dispatch, we aim to send items within 2 working days of receiving your order, unless your order contains a Wooden Bespoke item.
Parcels and boxes may take up to 3-5 working days for delivery by the courier.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dealt with the following working day.
Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with on Monday.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us in unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received and was faulty.
Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, after 48 hours we will not be held responsible for any damages reported.
